**Unveiling the Charm of Park Hyatt Beaver Creek**

Here’s a more relaxed and casual take on the second part of our three-part revisit to the Park Hyatt Beaver Creek. We already had a glimpse of the fantastic Mt. Lincoln Suite we were lucky enough to get upgraded to in the first part. Now, let’s have a fresh stroll around the property, comparing it to the same time last year when I visited with my mom.

Stepping outside our room, we were greeted by a hallway leading to Beaver Creek Village. The wooden details everywhere really added to the vibe of a ski lodge or mountain cabin. There was this chandelier shaped like a set of antlers, or should we call it an "antlerlier"?

As we walked further down the hallway, we noticed the numerous pieces of artwork that fit perfectly with the hotel’s atmosphere.

Outside, I took some snaps around Beaver Creek Village. The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek doesn’t come cheap, but its prime location justifies the price tag. If you squint, you can see our room from here. Remember that view from the window in the previous post?

It was pretty quiet in the Village early in the morning, and not many people were around yet. But I did catch some birds in flight, so I grabbed my telephoto lens for a bit of impromptu wildlife photography.

I took the escalators up the side of the hotel towards the area that overlooks the ski slopes. Beaver Creek and the Park Hyatt are dotted with great statues. One standout feature on this side of the hotel is the large firepit, the center of S’mores Happy Hour during ski season. In the off-season, you can still get a fire going, but you’ll need to ask for a S’mores Kit from the bar next to the firepit. One evening, I was making a S’more by myself, so I set up my tripod and captured an epic shot of the firepit!

The Park Hyatt Beaver Creek’s grounds are absolutely beautiful. They’re almost done refurbishing Antler Hall, the main hallway. The hotel has a consistent theme throughout, which must have taken quite an effort to achieve.

We’ve covered the suite we stayed in and the grounds of the hotel, but what about breakfast? Spoiler alert: It was one of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had! Stay tuned for the next post where we’ll dive into this culinary delight.
