**Unveiling the Splendor of Park Hyatt Dubai**

Alright, let’s get straight to it. This travel story has been a long time coming, but we’re almost at the end. So, here’s a quick recap: We planned a trip from DFW to Venice on US Airways, strolled around Paris, stayed at the Park Hyatt Paris Vendome, visited the French Open, explored Dubai, and even had afternoon tea at the Burj Al Arab. All caught up? Great, let’s move on to our stay at the Park Hyatt Dubai.

Dubai is a city of luxury hotels. They’re everywhere. You could probably start a successful business just by setting up a sign in the desert and calling it a luxury hotel. But with so many options, how do you choose? Well, as someone who loves collecting points, I had plenty to choose from. So why did I pick the Park Hyatt Dubai?

Well, Dubai is scorching hot in the summer, which means hotel occupancy tends to drop. This is where the Park Hyatt Dubai comes in. Their prices were incredibly affordable. So affordable, in fact, that I actually bought a hotel reservation for $200/night for a 2-night stay. And it was totally worth it, especially when I was able to use my confirmed suite upgrades from my Hyatt Diamond Status Challenge to upgrade to a Park Terrace Suite!

The Park Hyatt Dubai is unique among Dubai’s luxury hotels. It’s located in a golf course community in the Dubai Creek area, close to everything else in the city. The hotel is set back quite a bit from the main road, which makes it a peaceful retreat from the city’s hustle and bustle.

I arrived late on a Thursday night and, after a brief mix-up with my reservation, was shown to my Park Terrace Suite. The suite was huge and the view was amazing. The decor was tasteful and the suite came with a spacious living room, a huge closet, an amazing bathroom, and a large bedroom. But the best part was the terrace. It was massive and the view was incredible.

The next morning, I had breakfast at Cafe Arabesque. The spread was mind-blowing, with a variety of food from around the world. They even had a honeycomb! After breakfast, I spent the day exploring the Dubai Mall and the Burj Al Arab before returning to the hotel for a walk around the grounds as the sun began to set.

In summary, I really enjoyed my stay at the Park Hyatt Dubai. It was relaxing and luxurious without being over the top. If you’re in the area and looking for a peaceful getaway, this is the place to be.

Best,
Andy
